Thac Trang – Dien Bien hydropower project is invested by Song Da 11 Joint Stock Company. After nearly 2 years of construction, it was officially put into operation on May 19, 2006.

- Annual electricity output: 21.9 million kWh.
- Total investment: 102 billion VND.
